They are sensitive and competent both in their interactions with the animals and with their owners. This summer, we had to take our cat Charly to the vet for an emergency (outside of office hours) on a Saturday(!), which was very unpleasant for us, by the way. Nevertheless, we were greeted warmly and promptly, and our four-legged patient received successful treatment. The previous dental surgery for both cats also went flawlessly. This practice is fully committed to the animals. I would definitely recommend Ms. Ira Öhlknecht and her team!
