A HUGE THANK YOU!! Yesterday our cat almost died, and thanks to a WONDERFUL vet, everything is fine with our little one. Unfortunately, she had a dead baby in her belly and needed immediate treatment. He came to us immediately, treated her with lots of love, and immediately took her with the other four babies, and I was allowed to pick her up again. Everyone is doing well, mom and the four little ones 😍

Mathias was a special guest in our kindergarten group today, where he spent a lot of time with our gerbil, Krümel. He explained to our children in a very sensitive and positive way what Krümel's condition was and that, unfortunately, we could no longer help him. The children who were brave enough were allowed to be present during the euthanasia, and here, too, Mathias very gently explained to the children what would happen next. On behalf of our rabbit group, a huge THANK YOU again! For your time, for your words, and for ensuring that Krümel no longer has to suffer but can play with Keks again in mouse heaven. 😉

1) The vet was difficult to reach. 2) I finally got in touch after several calls. 3) He refused to answer my question about an injured animal, stating that he doesn't give out information over the phone. This was despite the fact that I had informed him at the beginning that the animal was not fit for transport, and that I had only requested veterinary advice, not an expert opinion. 4) The call ended after he stated that he was unfamiliar with the medication I had already tried unsuccessfully. 5) The brief conversation with him was anything but friendly; on the contrary, he was quite rude. Overall, this gives me the impression of a vet who is uninterested in animal welfare and incompetent, and to whom I certainly wouldn't take any of my animals!

Fantastic vet! He always responds quickly, gives clear instructions, and knows what he's doing. Our cats have been vomiting frequently lately, so we were worried. Based on the photos of the vomit and some basic information, Mathias was able to quickly help us. He patiently answers every question, no matter how small or large, with a wealth of expertise. I highly recommend him!
