Our dog is very anxious and nervous, but the entire team handled him with wonderful empathy and calmness. They took their time and treated him gently. It was especially lovely to see how patiently and lovingly they worked, even though he's really not easy.
Our dog had dental problems. Steffi, a professional and incredibly kind veterinarian, and her assistant Sarah Winkler, who is equally professional and caring, helped our dog immensely with a necessary operation, and now she's doing really well again. We can therefore recommend this practice 100%.
