Took my dog there for the annual vaccination. Friendly and uncomplicated service!

Very polite people, my dog had a tick on her face, they helped remove it for free. Very reasonable advice when it came to further action needed. We will 10/10 visit again. I highly recommend it.

Even though it feels strange to give 5 stars for the euthanasia of my beloved cat, I want to say that there couldn't have been a better practice for this terrible situation. The shock was, and still is, immense, yet you treated me with incredible empathy and made saying goodbye as peaceful as possible under these awful circumstances. Many thanks to Dr. Vormum and team. My Jessy is now 17 years old and, of course, has her share of age-related ailments. I'm all the more grateful that we've found a place like this where she's treated with so much heart, patience, and warmth. Her needs are always addressed with great sensitivity, and I feel she's in excellent hands and well cared for here. Over the years, we've encountered several veterinarians where we just didn't have the right feeling. It's different here – you can tell that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. We come in once a month for her injection, and it's always completely straightforward and without a long wait. This is especially nice for my little Jessy, because she can be quite anxious around the vet sometimes – even though there's really no reason to be. Many thanks to the whole team for the loving care, patience, and attention.
