Super friendly, fast and professional. You can see that they love all animals. Went there with my cats - absolutely recommended. As a side note: there are not many parking lots.

This vet should stick to farm animals; she's extremely unfriendly when it comes to dogs. Five years ago, when my regular vet retired, I had to get my little one vaccinated there, even though she was clearly sick. She insisted on vaccinating her because, in her "opinion," she looked a certain way (the nerve!). Of course, how can you recognize significant weight loss when the vet doesn't even pet or acknowledge the dog (talk to it, etc.)? So, in 2023, I found a loving and empathetic vet, Dr. Papst in Aigen/Parsch. She immediately recognized that my little one had giardia, which was treated with antibiotics and procolin.

I am absolutely thrilled with this veterinary practice! The team is incredibly friendly, patient, and empathetic. My Luna has always been very anxious at vet visits, but here she was lovingly calmed and examined gently. I was particularly impressed by their expertise: everything was explained clearly, possible treatment steps were discussed transparently, and I never felt that anything was being rushed or done unnecessarily. The team also takes the time to answer any questions with great patience. I finally feel like I've found the perfect vet for my little one – and I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
