Amazing service and Dr Granzow is ok with English which is great for me!
Our cat felt like a guinea pig. Instead of saying he didn't know what was wrong with her because he wasn't a specialist, he tried various things that simply didn't help. We went to several vets until one from Havelberg immediately sent us to Potsdam, where they told us the poor thing was seriously ill. All of this only made it worse, and there was no cure. We had to say goodbye to her with heavy hearts, and not only we, but also our other two dogs and cat, suffered greatly from her loss. :(
I run a cattery and am very happy to have found such a competent veterinarian. All the cats who were ill received prompt and excellent care. Even difficult cases were treated superbly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him sincerely for his support and care.
