A veterinarian who truly loves her job. Her heart for animals is enormous, and her expertise even greater. We've been seeing her for over a year for our chronically ill cat, who unfortunately has developed further health problems. But Anne finds a solution for everything, because as vast as her expertise is, so too is her desire to continue learning, and we've certainly noticed this. While other vets gave up on our little guy, she persevered, investigating and puzzling over how to help him. She offered solutions and explained them very clearly, even for laypeople. And she even makes sure not to test or prescribe too much at once, but rather proceeds step by step, so that the owner's wallet doesn't suffer too much. I would never choose anyone else again; I would trust her with my animals without hesitation. And I'm incredibly happy to have such a veterinarian for my feline friends.
Simply a fantastic veterinarian. Friendly, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. In emergencies, she's there for her patients immediately and does everything she can to help them get better. The cats are always very relaxed and feel very comfortable in her practice. She works very thoroughly and explains her procedures in a truly easy-to-understand way. The practice is always clean and very well-equipped, there are no waiting times, and the entire team is always very friendly and highly competent.

A highly competent and friendly veterinary practice. We've been regular customers there for several years with our two cats and are completely satisfied; it couldn't be better. In emergencies, you can contact Ms. Anne Claus by phone at any time, and she will do her best to help. Her expertise and years of experience with animals are evident with every visit to the practice. I would give this practice 10 stars if I could.
Ms. Claus was one of the few people who even answered the phone and the only one who came in the middle of the night, without hesitation, to help an injured wild hare. Among the police, supposedly 24/7 veterinary clinics, and other contact points, she was the only person who didn't look away but acted immediately.
