Reviews
A highly competent and trustworthy veterinarian. Three years ago, our cat had a small tumor removed from her ear. The medical history, explanation, and surgery were all exemplary. She is still doing very well. Our dog also receives excellent care from him. We highly recommend Dr. Muxeneder and his team.
Top!
Everyone at the practice is extremely kind and accommodating. You can tell that the veterinarians have a heart for animals and truly care about the well-being of our four-legged friends. We will definitely be back with our dog Ilvy! Thank you!
Absolutely outrageous! We took our French Bulldog to the vet today to have the stitches removed from his spinal disc surgery. Our dog is extremely afraid of vets, and how else is a dog supposed to show it except by fighting back and pretending to bite? We were told to leave the room while they tried to remove the stitches. Then they said he needed anesthesia and administered it. Meanwhile, we waited outside, and then the owner came and yelled at my boyfriend, "Our dog isn't afraid, it's all about training, and he's bad! And it's too late anyway!" What an absolute disgrace! Our dog is scared, and we and he are treated like this?! We will never set foot in that practice again! We were also there in the spring for his vaccinations, and our dog hates the examination table. We had to put him on it anyway, and then he fell off twice, and they just stood by and watched! ... Furthermore, we were told that his slipped disc would cost €15,000-€20,000, and we were prepared for the worst. We were then incredibly relieved that it only cost €3,000 (at the veterinary clinic). That was pure scare tactics! Absolutely insensitive team!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!
