I've been taking my cat to this practice for five years now and have nothing but positive things to say. The team is fantastic, the veterinary assistants are friendly and caring, and the doctors are excellent. Ms. Kalyoncu, in particular, has always been very attentive and treated my cat with great love. A top-notch practice; I highly recommend it! ☺️

I searched for a long time for a good veterinarian for my gerbils and finally found one in Dr. Fletterer-Bemme. Her respect for the little animals is truly wonderful, and you can tell she takes plenty of time – even for the smallest patients. We feel very well cared for. The best practice around. I've rarely seen such wonderful vets and assistants. Ms. Reif is always ready to listen and gives fantastic advice; she's incredibly knowledgeable, and my dog ​​lost so much weight thanks to her help. Whether it was starting with the raw feeding plan or later switching to dry food, she was always there to support me and often sent emails to let me know how things were going. My parents are also so happy when they bring their pets to the practice.

I had a very positive experience at the Neckarwestheim veterinary practice. The staff was friendly, understanding, and patient, and all my questions were answered clearly and understandably. The practice is welcoming, clean, and well-organized, which immediately inspires confidence. The only downside is the waiting time – even with an appointment, it can be quite a while before it's your turn. However, once you're in the examination room, everything is handled professionally and without any rush. Otherwise, everything was exemplary. I can definitely recommend this practice.
