The staff at reception were quite unfriendly because they were already off duty but had to stay longer due to my cat's appointment. It wasn't my fault that I got an appointment 15 minutes before closing time and then had to wait another 20 minutes. The follow-up appointment also took another 15 minutes, even though nothing needed to be done to my cat. It was absolutely not my fault, sorry…

In my personal experience, the male doctor in waiting area number 2 is absolutely not recommended. I had the impression that he lacked both professional competence and a genuine interest in a thorough examination. For a medical practice, this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I searched for a long time for a good veterinarian for my gerbils and finally found one in Dr. Fletterer-Bemme. Her respect for the little animals is truly wonderful, and you can tell she takes plenty of time – even for the smallest patients. We feel very well cared for. In addition, the receptionists are consistently kind and friendly. Thank you so much for the excellent care and your great dedication!

I had a very positive experience at the Neckarwestheim veterinary practice. The staff was friendly, understanding, and patient, and all my questions were answered clearly and understandably. The practice is welcoming, clean, and well-organized, which immediately inspires confidence. The only downside is the waiting time – even with an appointment, it can be quite a while before it's your turn. However, once you're in the examination room, everything is handled professionally and without any rush. Otherwise, everything was exemplary. I can definitely recommend this practice.

I took my cat to the veterinary clinic for an emergency. The staff member was very friendly and empathetic, even on the phone. We were also greeted in a very relaxed manner in the modern waiting room. Although my cat was very difficult and frantic, both the veterinarian and the assistant were very patient and kind. I'm really glad I found this veterinary clinic and was pleasantly surprised by the bill (despite it being an emergency appointment). If it weren't so far away, I would always bring my animals here!
