very nice people
Absolutely competent and friendly. We're now taking our second cat here for treatment. They always provide excellent care and advice. Thank you for being there!
We've been taking our 11-year-old male dog, adopted from the shelter, to this veterinary practice for two years now and are very satisfied. Everything is well-organized, and they are empathetic towards both animals and their owners. They have a pragmatic approach, meaning they only do what's necessary and don't try to make money unnecessarily. Highly recommended. Thank you!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice and will not be visiting it again in the future. I felt neither welcome nor respected there. I found the way pet owners were judged particularly disappointing. I was made to feel like I had to justify the fact that my dog wasn't a rescue. Every pet owner should be treated with respect, regardless of their animal's origin. Furthermore, I found the veterinarian's behavior impolite and disrespectful. Instead of objective and professional advice, I felt judged and condescending. A derogatory remark along the lines of, "Yeah, have fun with him," was especially unpleasant. This comment left me with the impression that my dog and my decision as an owner were being judged. I expect empathy, understanding, and respectful treatment, especially in a veterinary practice. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable there. For these reasons, I will not be visiting this practice again.
My little Bella had dental surgery and was back to her old self shortly after. The ladies at reception were very nice, as was the doctor. He explained everything well, and I'm grateful.
