Highly recommended! We are very satisfied with Dr. Hagens and everyone who works at the practice. Competent, friendly, empathetic, and they took their time. Our dog was badly attacked by other dogs, so I drove there even though the practice was closed. The son answered the door, took care of us, and immediately got on the phone. Then everything happened very quickly. Immediate surgery was necessary. I was given a clear and understandable explanation of everything. Today our dog is doing well again. And to be honest, we were expecting a higher bill. Many thanks to the whole family!

A truly heartfelt practice! The veterinarian takes plenty of time for each patient and exudes a truly admirable calm. We were extremely satisfied with the entire practice and the treatment we received from our first cat, and even when we had to euthanize our second cat, the veterinarian found the perfect balance of competence and empathy. Thank you so much again for that – despite the sad news, we felt very well cared for.
