Tierarztpraxis - Nora Papenheim

On the recommendation of our veterinarian in Kamen, we had an appointment with Ms. Papenheim today. Our cat Fred was scheduled for dental surgery (lower canine) plus dental cleaning/repair. From the initial phone call and the reception on the day of the appointment to picking up Fred, everything went so smoothly. It was perfect for us, and the entire experience took place in a very relaxed atmosphere. Ms. Papenheim explained the entire procedure to us in detail and took a great deal of time. Her warm personality and exceptional expertise made the whole experience even better! Her entire team is incredibly friendly, and you feel perfectly cared for from the very first moment! Of all the veterinary practices I've been to, this is definitely the best. I accompanied my sister and her rabbit to the practice today. From the entire staff to the veterinarian, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and highly competent. We immediately felt very well cared for. Everything was explained very clearly. The little animal was handled with great care and affection. You can tell that the entire staff truly cares about the animals. Thank you so much for the quick appointment and the pleasant examination, which was clearly not at all stressful for our rabbit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We highly recommend this practice to anyone who cares about their pet!

I came to this practice on a recommendation with my senior dog because of her bad teeth. We drove for an hour. What can I say? We are absolutely thrilled. A super friendly, courteous, and above all, competent team. My dog ​​has since had surgery there and is doing well again. Thank you to the whole team for the loving care of our furry friend and her family. We'll be back anytime!
