Absolutely unfriendly woman on the phone! I inquired about an appointment for a cat that had an accident and required surgery. The first thing she asked was about my usual vet. I politely replied that he was no longer practicing, and she dismissed me with a curt "No, ask somewhere else, that's ridiculous!"
Today we visited Dr. Olschowy for the first time with our Bernese Mountain Dog. He explained everything to us very well and took his time; you can tell he has a long professional experience.
