Refused to simply sell us Vet Concept Allergy cat food, without us bringing our cat to them for investigation... He has been eating this food for a long time, after working with our previous veterinarian for some time to find the right food... It felt like they wanted have us spend even more money, before selling us a very expensive cat food...

I was able to bring my rabbit Theo to Ottilienhof after the previous veterinary practice couldn't help him. I've never experienced such a wonderful veterinary practice! From the very first contact, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They treat the animals with such loving care! Even though Theo's story didn't end the way we all hoped, it definitely wasn't the fault of the vets, who did everything they could with great competence, empathy, and personal dedication.
