I was able to bring my rabbit Theo to Ottilienhof after the previous veterinary practice couldn't help him. I've never experienced such a wonderful veterinary practice! From the very first contact, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They treat the animals with such loving care! Even though Theo's story didn't end the way we all hoped, it definitely wasn't the fault of the vets, who did everything they could with great competence, empathy, and personal dedication. THANK YOU to the whole team, you are truly amazing!
I recently visited this veterinary practice for the first time, and my cat received excellent care. The team seems very competent, and everyone is incredibly friendly, which is something I've rarely experienced elsewhere. The practice is also very modern and bright. We were told by acquaintances that this vet is very expensive, but I personally didn't get the impression that unnecessary tests were performed or that the prices differed significantly from other vets. I would definitely recommend this practice!
