Everything's great, we've been going there for years with both our dog and cat. The vet techs are super nice, and the vet himself is great too, of course. What's really important to us is that they don't immediately try to push expensive medications on us, but suggest home remedies first. For example: our dog was once so clever that he ate a whole tube of Penaten cream, without the cap. We didn't notice any changes, but we called the vet anyway. They told us to give him plenty of sauerkraut and wait and see. It was quite a hassle, but it worked. 😉 As long as this practice exists, we'll keep going there. In all conversations and treatments, Ms. Mohr communicates very clearly and in a way that's easy for us laypeople to understand. Every appointment with our anxious dog, Mina, demonstrates professional advice and warmth. Everyone treats Mina with great care; she's allowed to climb onto the treatment table at her own pace, and yet Ms. Mohr remains calm, patient, and avoids any sudden movements, allowing Mina to gradually gain her trust. Immediately after the dental restoration surgery, Ms. Mohr took the time to update us on Mina's progress by phone before we even picked her up. We are very grateful for Ms. Mohr's expertise and the warmth of her team.

After much deliberation, I feel compelled to share my experience. Our cat is not even three years old. We had to take her to the vet because of an injury. The vet, who was brand new at the time, examined the cat and said she had FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions), and that we would need to have an X-ray taken and then have several teeth extracted under general anesthesia. Since this is very expensive, I sought second opinions from two experienced veterinarians. Both were shocked because the cat is perfectly healthy, as are her teeth. They said this is often done simply to generate revenue. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable, especially considering the animals' well-being. And to get deworming medication, I'm supposed to bring the cat to the vet. That's stressful for the animal. I will not recommend Ms. Mohr and will not be returning.

A very competent and kind veterinarian, calm and experienced. She has a broad range of knowledge, explains all the options, is realistic, and helps with decisions. The team is also excellent!
