Our dog cut his paw while we were on holiday in Salzburg. The clinic was able to get us in the same day we contacted them. The doctor took care of his wound and gave us instructions for what to look for since we were leaving Salzburg the next day. It was a great clinic, very professional, friendly and they spoke english. Thank you for helping our pup in such a quick and caring way!

Dr. Werner saved our dog's life. We were on our way home from Italy to Hamburg when our dog deteriorated so much during the drive that we thought she was going to die in the car. We called the clinic, and they didn't hesitate for a second. We arrived shortly before 6 p.m., received a diagnosis at 8 p.m., and had emergency surgery at 9 p.m. Her uterus had to be removed immediately. We have no idea how we can ever thank the entire team. Dr. Werner, with his expertise and personality, gave us so much peace of mind and alleviated our fears; it's almost impossible to put into words. A thousand thanks for everything. Eva (our dog) is doing well again a week after the surgery, and we are so happy. Greetings from Hamburg.
