I was so scared because my Kitty was not feeling well, it seemed like we need appointment and I don't speak German! Luckly, I called Ms, Bischof and she immediatly made me feel better, first of all by speaking English and then making sure she saw Kitty TODAY! When we visited, we were treated not only very professionally, buy with warmth, kindness and care. Highly recommended!

A very friendly and competent veterinarian. She correctly identified the cause of my rabbit Sulaika's (the one in the back of the picture) loss of appetite, even though I was certain it was colic and she was about to give up. Thanks to the right medication, Sulaika is doing really well again. The atmosphere here is very relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here with my dog ​​and rabbit.

A fantastic veterinarian and a wonderful team at the practice. They took plenty of time for our two cats; we felt very comfortable there. The animals were examined thoroughly and carefully – it's not a factory-like environment. They take the time that both the animal and even the owner need. Their advice is invaluable. Both animal and owner receive top-notch treatment.

We visited the practice for the first time last week and were thrilled. The pleasant atmosphere, the peace and quiet, and the cozy ambiance made both people and animals feel comfortable. Dr. Bischof is a very friendly, empathetic, and simply wonderful veterinarian who takes her time with each patient, offers advice on problems, and treats the animal patients with genuine warmth and knows how to calm their human companions. The staff at the practice are equally excellent. Friendly and caring towards the patients, they radiate calm and put you at ease. We are happy and satisfied with this practice; we have never experienced such warmth and care for the patients and their nervous human companions before.
