Highly competent and empathetic treatment of both animal and owner. The appointment system is excellent, with hardly any waiting time. The staff is very kind and friendly. And if you need to go to the vet unexpectedly, they make every effort to accommodate you. You feel well cared for there; everything is done for our pets. Very satisfied

I had my cat spayed. We'd never been there before. My mom arranged the appointment for me. From the reception on the day of the surgery to the follow-up appointment (it was actually a public holiday, but they were open for "emergencies"), I felt very well cared for. They gave me tips and even checked a wound. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. We'll soon be moving back from Hamburg to Thalheim and will add the vet's office to our contact list right away ;-)

What a wonderful veterinary practice and team! We switched to them as new patients with an emergency. Sadly, I had to have my cat put down, but the respect and compassion were so great. It was comforting to see that you were truly caring. Absolutely fantastic!
