I visited this veterinary practice on a Friday evening during a weekend trip to Neubrandenburg. My Chihuahua had been visibly unwell all day, so I was incredibly grateful for the natural ease, speed, and genuine warmth with which they helped me and my dog. Both the attending veterinarian, Dr. Schumacher, and the practice manager, Ms. Bukowski, greeted me with exceptional care, calm, and empathy from the very first moment, making me feel completely at ease. They not only possess medical expertise but also a deep understanding of the concerns of pet owners. My dog was treated with great sensitivity. Every movement was confident, calm, and respectful, further strengthening the atmosphere of trust. I am extremely grateful for the prompt and heartfelt assistance and wholeheartedly recommend this practice. If I lived there, it would be my first choice. Thank you so much for everything!

I'm simply speechless. Our young cat had to be euthanized. He had two surgeries; he "only" had grit in his urethra and was neutered at the same time. We had to go back because he was unwell after a few days, and then he was euthanized during the surgery. I think that says it all.

Excellent vet. I took my cat there two weeks ago because she wasn't eating properly and seemed lethargic. The vet discovered that one of her teeth was causing her pain and extracted it under light anesthesia. He also did blood work, which revealed that her liver and kidney values weren't great. He prescribed medication. Yesterday, we went back for a check-up. My cat (who is usually incredibly difficult at the vet, scratching and biting) let him draw blood without any fuss. After another blood test, we saw that the medication had worked wonders. Her liver is back to normal, and her kidney values are also significantly better. Thank you for your help. It means so much to me that we received such quick help. 🩷 Sure, the prices are outrageous. But I think when you have a pet, you literally have to accept that. :P

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience at this veterinary practice. Despite several appointments for our dog's treatment, we didn't see any significant improvement. The repeated visits also incurred considerable costs, without any lasting improvement in his condition. We increasingly got the impression that financial considerations were more important than the animal's well-being. Only after switching to a different veterinarian did we begin to see progress. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend this practice, especially for urgent or acute cases.

A huge THANK YOU to the Schumacher and Kirchner veterinary practice in Neubrandenburg! What an incredible effort ❤️. An injured seagull with a drooping wing – great concern, suspected fracture. And what did this practice do despite a full waiting list? They didn't look the other way. They took action. The seagull was not only examined but even x-rayed. And the relief: No wing fracture! But that's not all. The team arranged for it to be taken to a wild bird rescue center and released back into the wild on the Baltic Sea in a few days. What a happy ending! 🌊🕊️ And as if that weren't extraordinary enough, despite their busy practice, they also took care of our second emergency – a coot. So much heart. So much dedication. So much genuine love for animals. From the initial phone call to the doctors and nurses, everywhere you look, you'll find helpfulness, compassion, and professionalism. This isn't just a job; it's a way of living responsibility. 💚 Thank you for showing that every life matters. Thank you for your time and your humanity. Thank you for not looking away. Neubrandenburg is fortunate to have such a practice.
