Our dog was treated very well here from the first day to the last. I can highly recommend it!
I've been to this practice with my second dog. Within 10-12 hours, he went from being healthy to critically ill! My dog had immediate surgery – a long abdominal incision, almost no vital signs, kidney failure, and so on. The vet didn't give up hope; he did a fantastic job! The practice team supported us daily for many days with encouragement, IV fluids, and care. Now Pino is back on his feet, and I'm so happy! Thank you; I feel like I'm in good hands as a dog owner!
A huge THANK YOU to the Schumacher and Kirchner veterinary practice in Neubrandenburg! What an incredible effort ❤️. An injured seagull with a drooping wing – great concern, suspected fracture. And what did this practice do despite a full waiting list? They didn't look the other way. They took action. The seagull was not only examined but even x-rayed. And the relief: No wing fracture! But that's not all. The team arranged for it to be taken to a wild bird rescue center and released back into the wild on the Baltic Sea in a few days. What a happy ending! 🌊🕊️ And as if that weren't extraordinary enough, despite their busy practice, they also took care of our second emergency – a coot. So much heart. So much dedication. So much genuine love for animals. From the initial phone call to the doctors and nurses, everywhere you look, you'll find helpfulness, compassion, and professionalism. This isn't just a job; it's a way of living responsibility. 💚 Thank you for showing that every life matters. Thank you for your time and your humanity. Thank you for not looking away. Neubrandenburg is fortunate to have such a practice.
I've been a client of both veterinarians at this practice for years, taking my animals there. Always professional. Always with the animal's well-being in mind. I'm happy to remain a client, or my animals will remain patients if needed. Many thanks to the whole team.
From the initial phone call to Jamy's surgery, we are extremely satisfied! The staff is very friendly and immediately puts you at ease about any potential complications. The environment is very pleasant, with good transport links and parking facilities. Thank you, and we will gladly return.
