Great customer service and kind with animals. I especially like that they are familiar with Australian Shepherds. Some English speakers. They have also been very helpful, supportive, and sensitive to our dog's aging needs.

We always feel welcome here; the animals' well-being is always cared for to the best of their knowledge and conscience. I've never experienced a problem not being taken seriously here, even with a few emergencies. Even on Sundays or during their well-deserved lunch break, we were never greeted with a bad mood. We are completely satisfied here; it's simply a superb practice.

We've had to take our puppy to the emergency vet twice already. Even though the last time it probably wasn't an emergency, they x-rayed him at midnight and took their time with him. Thank you so much for taking the time anyway.
