Tierarztpraxis Stocksmeier

On behalf of our guinea pig Mathilda, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Stocksmeier veterinary practice – especially to Dr. Anna Vogel! We came to this practice on the recommendation of our long-time regular vet, as our little one was experiencing an unusual illness. In the examination room, Dr. Vogel truly dedicated a great deal of time to Mathilda, giving her a thorough examination, ordering a stool sample, and carefully considering our findings. We then adjusted the medication dosage, and two days after the vet visit, we finally saw the first signs of improvement. A huge thank you to the entire practice team; thanks to you, our veterinary marathon has finally come to an end!

I was kindly given a relatively short-notice appointment for a CT scan and teeth grinding for my rabbit. The short notice meant that my rabbit was treated flexibly between procedures, and I wasn't present during the treatments or able to speak directly with the veterinarian. This was perfectly fine with me, and I received all the necessary information by phone or when another veterinarian picked up my rabbit. I had written down the desired treatments beforehand, and everything was carried out accordingly. In one instance, I was even advised against it, as it would essentially only cost money without providing any meaningful results. Therefore, I don't think "profit maximization" is their top priority. The office staff were very friendly and helpful, although I wasn't a client at the time, and someone who would have preferred an appointment yesterday certainly isn't always the most popular customer. The only minor criticism would be the waiting room: It's certainly great for dogs with the dog mats, but as a rabbit owner, I would have preferred something quieter (though I was only there briefly for my appointment, so I can't say much more about it). I received the CT scan via email, or rather the download link, the very next day, and no other veterinary practice had any problems downloading and opening the files.

I'm at the practice with my dogs and cat. Examination and vaccinations have been good so far. Friendly medical staff. Overall satisfied. Last year, I was at the practice with our Blacky on his last day. He passed away peacefully at home that evening.

I've been taking my two cats to the Stocksmeier veterinary practice for several years now and I'm extremely satisfied! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and treats all the animals with great care! I have complete confidence in their wonderful work! :) Whenever we've had any problems, we've always been able to come in quickly :) Thank you so much!
