We’ve been their Tierarzt Notdienst customers for years and now we also go into their Praxis for our rescue cats and dog. Such caring, professional and knowledgeable vets who take time to investigate conditions, asks smart questions and recommends a course of actions to get our cats and dog to get better. They follow up with a call and check in after we’ve been in for treatment and check up. The interns, helpers and reception desk are friendly and always so kind. They were very compassionate when we came in to put one of our cats to sleep last week.

I take my two Ragdoll cats here. The vets are really nice and speak English too! Never had any issues. Always been able to get an appointment straight away in cases of emergency. The vet called to check up on the cats after which was nice.

Dr. Michael Foerster has been our dog’s doctor for the past 5 years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he provides. Even after he moved to a new location, we followed him because of the exceptional service and dedication he shows to his patients. Today, we visited for a routine checkup and vaccination, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Foerster is always very nice, taking the time to answer all our questions patiently and providing honest and sincere recommendations. This clinic truly makes you feel that your pet is receiving the best possible treatment. Highly recommended!

Let me explain. We came here for our cat -- maybe the vet is more experienced with dogs, hence the positive reviews. GOOD: Extremely nice and friendly vet and assistant staff, service in English as well, good availability of appointments BAD: We think the vet is less experienced with cat care. Our cat was sick and we constantly had to suggest treatments and possibly diagnoses to the vet after googling it ourselves. We switched to a vet that specializes in cats and we are much happier now.
