I got an appointment very quickly. Parking spaces right in front of the door. The doctor was very nice and listened to what I had to say.

I don't think we've ever been to the vet as often as we have in the last two or three months, and we haven't been disappointed once. We did have to wait a little longer once due to an emergency, but it wasn't a problem at all. Of course, we understand and are happy to wait longer; after all, it's an animal's life we're talking about! The whole team is so caring, and everyone truly does their best. They give such good advice, tips, and examples of how the animal is feeling at any given moment, so we can understand. Simply fantastic! What really surprised me was that Ms. Thieme even calls at home, on weekends, to ask if everything is alright, how the medication is working, and so on. This is not something you can take for granted! We are so incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful vet.

Friendly and competent. Animal welfare is the top priority here; you won't be pressured into unnecessary treatments, and the prices are reasonable.

A very kind, open-minded, and empathetic veterinarian. We were there for an emergency. She took her time, and we felt comfortable and well cared for.
