Theo's family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the years of consistently competent and always incredibly friendly care and treatment from all the veterinarians and the entire team at the Wessling Veterinary Clinic. Especially during Theo's final weeks, all of us who accompanied him to his necessary veterinary appointments felt very well cared for. Our dog was always in the very best hands with you! A special thank you to Ms. Otte for her courageous actions during Theo's last hours. When it came to finding a donor dog for a blood transfusion for Theo as quickly as possible, she literally moved heaven and earth on the phone. And she found one at the animal shelter in Lingen! Unfortunately, with heavy hearts, we ultimately had to let our beloved dog cross the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈🖤🖤 Please keep up the great work! Because if we ever do welcome another four-legged family member into our home, we'll definitely be there for you again with all its little and big "ailments"! 🐶

Accounting's customer service! For over 20 years, I've been a patient at Dr. Wessling's veterinary practice. I've always paid my bills promptly, as there's never been anything to complain about. With the last bill, I requested a review for further clarification. I was assured that the accounting department would issue a revised bill and contact me. I was told I wouldn't receive a reminder and should just wait. After several phone calls and a personal visit to the practice to clarify the situation, I received a reminder after the payment deadline had passed, without any callback from the accounting department! The bottom line: no change to the bill plus a late fee! I was appalled by the subsequent phone call with the accounting department! They didn't listen and simply hung up! I'm very satisfied with the work of Dr. Wessling and his practice team – but the accounting department is utterly embarrassing!

Unfortunately, that was the last time I took my animals to the vet. During my guinea pig's examination, a swab was taken and sent for testing because they suspected a fungal infection, vitamin deficiency, or parasites. Without taking the swab and sending it to the lab, they wouldn't dispense any medication. (It turned out the animal was suffering from a vitamin deficiency.) Now, four weeks later, I've received another bill for €120 for the lab work! And all this without any prior notification. If I had been properly informed about the costs at the vet, I would never have agreed to the swab! I would have tried giving the guinea pig more vitamin C first.

We've been taking our dog, cat, horse, guinea pig, rabbit, etc. to them for years. 10/10
