A warm and competent veterinary practice – highly recommended! I am thrilled with the loving and empathetic care provided by the veterinarian and her very kind assistant. Both are not only extremely friendly but also approach each animal with great patience and affection. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. I was particularly impressed by how much time they dedicate to each patient and their owner – you really feel valued here. Even after closing time, patients were greeted warmly and treated with the same care as if it were the middle of the day. This dedication is truly rare these days! Animal welfare is clearly the top priority here – and this is reflected in the pricing. The prices are absolutely fair, transparent, and reasonable. You can clearly see that no one is trying to profit at the expense of concerned pet owners. You can clearly feel that both of them practice their profession with genuine joy and passion. A practice where you simply feel well cared for – for both people and animals alike. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! 🐾

Never had any problems with the practice until September 2024. In September 2024, two of my female cats were spayed. Both had a scar and were therefore apparently spayed, so far so good. Until one of my cats gave birth to three kittens in May 2025. Not only did I incur enormous costs and my cat had to go to the emergency clinic, but she was then allowed to be spayed again (by a different veterinarian), where it was discovered that only half of the uterus had been removed and the spaying had not been performed properly. What they also didn't tell us is that only the fallopian tubes and ovaries are removed during a spay/neuter of a female cat or dog. The uterus remains inside. They didn't tell us this last year either. I found out by chance. To this day, I'm still waiting for a settlement. Not only have they accused me of things and not accommodated me, but they haven't even admitted their mistake. You push it away and act as if nothing happened.

Our dog Luna and I are in the best hands there. We've had some problems with her recently, and we've always received very friendly and prompt help, whether by phone or in person, even without an appointment. Thank you so much for this quick and uncomplicated assistance. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I've been to many vets, but I've never experienced such a fantastic practice and such a wonderful team! Their expertise is absolutely unbeatable, they are incredibly kind and accommodating, there are no long waiting times, and they take plenty of time for the examination. All questions are answered competently and thoroughly. My Pico couldn't be in better hands anywhere ❤️ If I could, I would give them 10 stars 🙃
