Great care!

Unfortunately, I have to give one star. I have rarely experienced such a terrible practice. Cats from abroad are treated disparagingly, and the wildest stories about international animal rescue are fabricated. There's no waiting room, and the wait times are endless. When an antibiotic didn't work and I called to inquire, I was told I was a frequent caller and that I was being offered free consultations? It couldn't get more unfriendly. And any veterinarian in the 21st century who can't be bothered to learn how incredibly inappropriate a scruff hold is for cats is already a lost cause. There's also no card reader. The "waiting area," however, is frequented by the appropriately boorish elderly clientele. Apparently, only such people are welcome here. This was my one and only time here.

I went to the vet for the first time today and she took wonderful care of my Molly. I didn't have to wait long either. I can highly recommend the practice. The best part was that I came from another vet because he didn't have an ultrasound machine, and she saw us right away. I thought that was great. I could have said no.

A great veterinary practice that absolutely caters to the needs of our four-legged friends, even if our dog doesn't like going there ;) we love it all the more.

I don't know of any other veterinary practice in the area where you get such good advice and help. The entire team at Zwirglmaier's practice has always been there for me. I'm so grateful and relieved to have such a competent team of veterinarians nearby. Thank you! ❤️
