No hate, but from experience my pet was not diagnosed correctly and did not receive the correct treatment at the right time. He was given the wrong medication that made his condition worse!! Not professional at all!!!

Very helpful and friendly. Opened on Sunday morning, called an hour before closing time with an urgent matter, they told us to come without hesitation. The waiting room was slightly crowded and we had to wait, so we were admitted already after the hours, but the issue was solved. The dog got the necessary medicine. And we were not charged with the „emergency fee“ one usually gets on Sundays
