I am very satisfied with the treatment my disabled dog (paralyzed due to spondylosis) received. The X-ray was surprisingly inexpensive. I never had a long wait, and even as an emergency, my dog ​​was seen immediately, examined, and treated right away. Her medication is very well-adjusted, and she has regained her quality of life. I did have to ask a few times if the X-ray could be sent to me, but I even received the echocardiogram report at the follow-up appointment. Excellent! Edit: During an extended visit to my family, my dog ​​(who is now receiving palliative care) ran out of her pain medication, and the local veterinary practice (which has also treated my dog ​​before) refused to give me any tablets or even issue a prescription, despite a certificate from the Königslutter Animal Health Center (which, by the way, worked perfectly via email!). It was a real back-and-forth – but the Königslutter Animal Health Center persevered, continued searching for other options, called me back several times, and stayed on top of things during discussions with the other veterinary practice and then a pharmacy, even speaking with the staff. Unfortunately, nothing worked. The practice there was uncooperative and kept coming up with excuses. The people in Königslutter were genuinely concerned and dedicated to the well-being of my seriously ill dog until, finally, the medication could be ordered through another veterinarian with the certificate from the Königslutter Animal Health Center. I am so grateful and incredibly relieved!

We came as an emergency, having been to another clinic for treatment with our Cherry a few days earlier. The welcome was warm, and we immediately felt that our dog was in good hands. Finally, she was in the right hands 🙏, and she received help here. Thank you so much; without you, this magical creature 🐕🥰 would no longer be with us. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you continued to make our lives perfect 🐕🥰.

Schönningen location: no competence for complex problems, charges for consultation and treatment, and doesn't even thoroughly examine the problem areas. The same applies to prescription medications and grooming products; no information is provided on their use. I would give zero stars, but that's not possible, so one. I paid a lot of money for over a year while my dog ​​suffered, and instead of getting better, his condition worsened. Another practice thoroughly examined my dog, and after 24 hours of therapy, there was a significant improvement. After 10 days, my old friend was back!

What a fantastic team at the equine clinic! I want to thank the veterinarian and all the staff; you made my horse's final journey so loving and compassionate. Making such a difficult decision isn't easy, but being with you made it feel a little easier. The clinic itself is beautifully designed, and the animals lack nothing. I would choose this clinic again in a heartbeat.
