The staff there are polite. Shout out to Jasmin and Lisa 💙 they are they best. I've had great care here for my animals. I definitely recommend if you also are an English speaker. The vets here put the animal first and make me feel like my concerns are always heard. Thanks for being great!

This is a big thank you from NINA (🐕) I arrived in Germany 3 weeks ago, the second week my dog ​​(which is my daughter) had an accident. I didn’t know what to do because was late and the vet from base was close. I don't know how to speak German and I get extremely anxious when it comes to my dog ​​and in this clinic they have been more than patient with me and have treated my dog ​​with a lot of love and care. Vet. Sarah Ludwig and a young male vet, have gone above and beyond to help me and my little dog who rips her cast off every day and I have anxiety attacks because of this. The girls at the front desk are extremely nice. With all my heart, a thousand thanks to each one of you, as I said, my dog ​​NINA is my daughter.

I can’t thank Dr. Shehata enough for the amazing care he’s provided for our dog. We’ve seen him for several visits, and each time, he has been incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Last winter, he performed surgery to remove a tumor from our dog’s leg, and the results have been outstanding. Dr. Shehata took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Our dog is recovering beautifully, and we are so grateful for the exceptional treatment. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled and caring veterinarian.

I can’t say enough about the vets and staff. They treat my doggo like he is their own. Prices are reasonable and the waits aren’t bad. My dog has been here for emergent care and a regular teeth cleaning, among other services. I am always happy.

So thankful for this veterinary practice! All of the staff speaks perfect English, they take the VAT form, and they provide fabulous care. My dog is accident-prone so we went more often than I may have liked, but every time I walked away feeling like my pet was truly cared for.
