I wanted to visit the lady at Fressnapf on June 1st. I arrived at 9:30 am, but unfortunately she wasn't there, and the staff didn't know if she was coming or not, as they hadn't received any information. I found it disappointing that they advertised being there from 9 am and then she wasn't.
Takes excellent care of things.
