Super team!!

We had to rush our dog (a French Bulldog) to the clinic in the middle of the night on Saturday. A huge thank you to the entire team; we felt incredibly well cared for and understood from the very first moment. A very special thank you goes to the attending veterinarian, Laura Potthoff. She didn't just quickly administer medication to suppress the symptoms, but wanted to find out what was really going on. On her advice, we had a blood test done, and that was absolutely the right decision! It completely ruled out our initial suspicion, and we were able to diagnose pancreatitis. Ms. Potthoff has superb expertise and incredible empathy for both dogs and their owners. After the diagnosis, everything was immediately set in motion. Our dog had to stay overnight (which was absolutely the best decision), and we were able to pick him up on Sunday evening, fully cared for. If you're looking for a clinic in an emergency that is not only professional but also compassionate and thorough, this is the place to go. Thank you for your amazing work!

We recently had to rush our little poodle Teddy to the clinic at 3 a.m. – and we don't even know where to begin. Even on the phone, we received incredibly friendly and reassuring advice after Teddy vomited several times. When things didn't improve, we went straight there. Despite the late hour, we were greeted incredibly warmly. Teddy was accepted immediately and treated with great care, love, and professionalism. It was clear that the staff not only possessed expertise but also a great deal of heart. We felt taken seriously and in excellent hands at all times. We especially appreciated being able to return for a check-up the next day. At our request, Teddy was given his vaccinations right away – completely hassle-free and without needing a new appointment. We'd also like to emphasize that the direct billing with the insurance company was absolutely straightforward and seamless. This was a huge relief in what was already a stressful situation. A massive thank you from Teddy to the two ladies for their prompt assistance, their warmth, and their wonderful care. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic! 🐾💛

We took our dog to the veterinary clinic for an emergency a few weeks ago. We were greeted very warmly and immediately. We felt very well cared for and taken seriously. For example, we were advised against unnecessary additional tests that would have been possible. Here, the focus is truly on the animal's health, not on making money. Our dog recovered quickly, and we didn't have to return to the vet. We highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
