I brought my cat to this practice in an acute emergency situation. After a very brief examination (X-ray, reflex check), I was told, without any thorough diagnosis or discussion of possible treatment options, that "nothing could be done" and was strongly advised to have the cat euthanized immediately. No further stabilization measures, alternative treatments, or referrals to a specialized veterinary clinic were suggested. I subsequently sought a second veterinary opinion, received immediate further treatment there, and my cat was stabilized. In such a situation, I would have appreciated more information, transparent communication, and guidance on further treatment options or specialized practices!
