Excellent veterinary clinic. Highly competent, even with difficult treatments and anxious dogs. The veterinarians are incredibly skilled, very empathetic, and patient. The clinic management clearly cares about the patients' well-being. This also applies to all the staff – very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

My feedback is specifically for Dr. Leitner. I always experience her as humane, compassionate, and competent with our animals. These three words are extremely important to me, because they are the only way I can trust a veterinarian. Every treatment is characterized by genuine interest, friendliness, and empathy, as well as loving reassurance and outstanding expertise. Thank you on behalf of myself, Schmuser, and Ronja. I am also grateful for the attentiveness and care shown by all the staff.

Our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog was in a real emergency situation, and his owners were very worried about him. After calling, we were able to get immediate treatment on Friday afternoon. The entire team on site was incredibly kind and caring and immediately took all necessary steps. We are extremely grateful and more than satisfied with everything. We highly recommend them.

Overpriced! Some items are billed twice, just with different names, so they can inflate the price even further. Furthermore, after the treatment (a €100 deposit was paid, and we were told the bill would be sent to us), we were told it would be around €400. When the bill arrived, it was a whopping €600! Luckily, we've now switched to a different vet who is significantly cheaper, very thorough, and a true animal and people lover. Costs are necessary, of course, but greed isn't.
