Dr. Kortas is truly the best veterinarian we've ever had! She takes incredibly good care of my dog ​​and is a top-notch professional. She really dedicates a lot of time to her patients, and you can tell she genuinely wants to help, no matter how long it takes. We feel very well cared for and are so glad to have her as our vet. A big thank you to the entire team as well!

I've been there three times before and was always more or less satisfied. But today was abysmal. The vet talked my ear off for an hour; you can't accuse her of not taking her time, but it was simply too long and unnecessary. It goes without saying that a dog with gastroenteritis would be unnecessarily "pulled around." But of course, that's how you can make a tidy profit! On top of that, she was given an injection I didn't want at all—a combination drug—without even telling me! And that's exactly what I explicitly didn't want! She bled, and the area is now completely swollen. Apparently, having gastroenteritis isn't bad enough, so that's perfectly acceptable!! I can't recommend this vet (Dr. Kortas)! She's apparently "new."

The veterinary clinic gave me a medication that was well past its expiration date. Such a mistake should never happen, as pet owners must be able to trust that medications are carefully checked and dispensed safely. The animal's health depends on it! While improperly performed treatments are corrected, they are then billed again, resulting in double charges. Inquiries regarding the billing process go unanswered. In my opinion, the clinic's profit, not the animal's well-being, is the priority. I expected significantly more care and professionalism for the services billed, and certainly not double billing.

This was my first time taking my dog ​​to the veterinary clinic. From the initial phone call to the appointment and after picking up my dog, all the staff were incredibly friendly and empathetic and took me seriously. I was able to get an appointment for a CT scan and surgery within a single day. After the surgery, I received a call immediately, and I had the feeling that everyone was just as happy as I was to be able to give positive feedback. Nevertheless, potential risks were also explained to me, and my decisions were taken into consideration. The findings were explained to me very calmly, and the staff took their time during every conversation. I would drive my dog ​​from Nuremberg to Feuchtwangen again in a heartbeat because I felt so well cared for, and I can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend this clinic!
