Our cat had a surgery last month. All together we visited 6 times and we met 6 different veterinarians, however the surgeon never even showed up, despite she initially made appointments (both face to face and phone) with us.

Very nice and friendly, we came there with a suspected poisoning of our dog, everything was handled super fast, we were told how good we are that we came very fast etc. Within 30 minutes after arrival (morning before opening hours) our dog got every help possible with advice how to proceed, what to check for, what possible symptoms to observe for etc. We are lucky to live not so far from this place! And the treatment price was perfectly appropriate for the fact that’s an emergency situation and we were outside of their normal working hours.

My dog, Luna, was giving birth to puppies, but then she couldn't deliver the third, so we went to the hospital. The doctor checked how many puppies were left and said she would try to deliver them naturally, but if that didn't work, she would have to operate. The doctor fought to the last to avoid the need for surgery, but the sixth puppy didn't make it because Luna didn't have the strength to push. We went home, and she delivered the last puppy. The doctor said its heartbeat was very weak and its chances of survival were slim, but it survived! Thank you to the doctors for fighting so hard for my dog ​​that night.

Tonight I went to the emergency clinic with my miniature dachshund because he was trembling and had pain while walking. The neurologist visited him carefully and took time to explain the situation to me, all in English. Very satisfied 🙏

I waited over 4 hours and my dog was never examined. On top of that, the heating wasn’t working, which made the wait even more uncomfortable and stressful for both pets and their owners. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for animal welfare is unacceptable. I had to leave and seek help elsewhere. Absolutely disappointing service — I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
