My poor cat woke me up! She was throwing up. She was crying out in pain! I was in panic. Sadly I didn’t even think this vet was open. I called a few numbers while my cat was in true agony on the floor next to be begging for help. It’s a miracle I got thru to this place. It’s only 300m away. Stupid google! 2 hours later my baby girl was able to come home. This was a Sunday and the wonderful lady was still able to run all the necessary tests plus much more to find out what was wrong with her. The issue was in fact minor, but the way my cat was screaming for help? You would have thought she was on her last hour! Not hours! This was a desperate cry coming from her! Thanks so much for helping my baby girl and comforting me while I was also crying. These are amazing people in this clinic. They were so fast to run every test from A-Z to find out what was wrong. I’m eternally grateful to this wonderful lady who helped my cat. Luna gives the stink finger! I however say my heart belongs to you. Thank you so very much for helping my baby!

Excellent and caring service. No rush and did all tests even though it was already the closing time. They also speak English which was helpful. Affordable in comparison to some. Will use them in the future too.

I have been visiting Tierklinik Mauer for the past four years and find it to be an excellent balance between price and quality of service. The staff are friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they have never tried to upsell unnecessary products for my dog. Booking an appointment is straightforward, although they are often quite busy due to the high number of operations they perform.

The absolute best veterinarian experience we’ve ever had ! The most pleasant and easy people to deal with and just so professional when dealing with the pet and owners . We had the pleasure of dealing with a dark haired woman who couldn’t have been better at her job and over all lovley human ! You can tell these people care about what they do and treat it like more than just their job . Immensely caring for the animal at hand and extremely easy and pleasant to communicate with during the process . Their pricing is more than honest especially for the quality and diligent service delivered . In another vet (tierpraxis) we were to be charged 450-500 for thorough cleaning of our rabbit with a sedative and no other option , not to mention the rude way in which they speak and treat you .. trying to guilt trip and such . Anyways these are the last things to expect with Tierklinik Mauer . And the same service costed us €33 euro without any risky sedatives . But just to further clarify just how different the prices are , we left tierpraxis paying €215 for a simple check up + antiobiotics for mites and a pain killer . Today we left paying €140 having had thorough cleaning , an xray , antibiotics , pain killers and other medication , the check up it’s self , and some real professional advice and explanations in which we got none of in tierpraxis . They are the best .
