ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST. Not only was the staff quite rude when we showed up they completely over charged for a simple examination process that usually costs maybe 100 euros MAYBE and they charged us for 2 appointments and 400 euros because they said we went over the regular exam time of 15 minutes when there are no rules showing that is the time limit. It is not our fault how long the exam takes, we came for an MRI. I brought my 4 YEAR OLD dog in for an MRI recommended by our original vet as this clinic is one of our only options. They would not do an MRI without their own examination. Did the exam and decided themselves he did not need one. They discovered he had low glucose levels but, did nothing about it as they thought he was this big RARE neurological case since he was struggling to walk or move. The low glucose was causing Toby's body to eat his own muscle to stay alive which is why he could no longer walk or move properly, he had no muscle left to do so. They over charged me for 2 appointments!!!!! because his exam took longer then 30 minutes 400 euros for us to leave with nothing literally no information!! After waiting to hear back from them for over a week about next steps (they did nothing for us) they then said recheck his glucose but they do not believe that is the issue and if not go to this other test. Two days after they finally got back to us Toby had 14 seizures in 48 hrs and passed away due to his low glucose levels that were caused by a small hypoglycaemic tumor on his pancreas that they neglected to treat him for. Had they treated his low glucose the day we went in and did his scan we went for Toby would still be alive today. We took him to emergency after his first 2 seizures here in Belgium and the vet knew within 5 minutes having never met Toby that it was his glucose and knew exactly what he had but by then it was too late. They want to go for the big history saves instead of just treating the simple low glucose level. Low glucose is NOT normal in dogs as it is not normal in humans either. They could have saved my boy and instead I am now having to grieve the loss of him at 4 YEARS OLD because of neglect, overcharging and trying to make this big save.

Dr. Dietmar Schnötzinger and the entire team are simply outstanding. Our Labrador Retriever, Kahlua (6 years old), from Bad Reichenhall, underwent surgery by Dietmar on January 14, 2025, following a serious and complex heart diagnosis and several prior punctures. The operation lasted several hours, and Dietmar, a true "artist," performed it flawlessly. This was followed by a lengthy hospital stay, where our sweet girl received excellent care from the staff (we even brought her beloved "Otto"), and the team looked after her with such tenderness. A heartfelt thank you ☺️ for this extraordinary service! 👍😍 Today, January 14, 2026, is her first birthday 🎂! Thank you, Dietmar and team, warm regards from Dr. Winand Rose
