Best clinic for the animal For every anima they give special attention And they working very careful with animal to don’t scary them Our dog gave the dermatitis And other places can not help us And here we find the people who help us immediately
Very good work for the castration of my pet. no problems or complications encountered. During 1st post-OP day, my dog was already doing good, able to walk without problems
The hospital was brilliant...staff professional, very considerate of suffering animals (and their owners!) and well worth the 2 hr drive. Would absolutely trust them with your pet.
One of my friends recommended this clinic to us. She had a good experience there a couple of years ago. Good for her. Just wondering where the recent reviews are. However we took our dearest dog there 6 weeks ago. That was an EMERGENCY ‼️ He had a heat stroke in Venice, there were angels who took care of him very well, very compassionate people, stood by us every moment and a doctor gave us a lift to our hotel. But, really we didn’t expect any of those from this clinic or rather the one particular person we met on that day. We just wanted to know what is going on with our dog. It was our mistake we didn’t check that Dr. Karin Gasser had to leave within 2 hours, because she is going to be on 1 week vacation. She was blaming us, saying “ah, you should book an appointment, so that I could go through the reports of Venice and Switzerland. Yes, we would have done that, it would have been easier for us as well. We go to the hospital because of an emergency. We take day off and off to Austria, paid thousands not to have FUN. We needed help. From the reception I got the information that they take emergency cases. It was not even holidays or weekend. How Ms. Gasser behaved was absolutely awful and not professional at all. I don’t know what their qualification is, but people have to be human to treat anything or anyone. She was angry that I couldn’t tell her what the problem is. Is it my job to do? Had I known that I wouldn’t have gone there. I was more than happy with my vet in Switzerland. We were helpless and desperate to know what is going on with him. Ms. Gasser didn’t have the patience, because her vacation was waiting. Is it our business? to take care of her schedules? Or did I ask her to be our vet on that day? You could have said on the phone already, that you don’t take emergency cases, so that we could’ve avoided the long drive and the “FRIENDLY TREATMENT”! Anyway our dearest dog went through CT scan again and they did a biopsy. They brought him to us with 2 towels and he also looked like a towel. He stopped drinking henceforth and before the results arrive he was gone! Now he’s not anymore with us. I am not blaming them for that. But how you TREAT people in such situations matters! One vet in Venice stayed with us for 3 hours and even ordered a water taxi to get to the hospital. And our vet in Switzerland came home and stood by our side in the last hours of agony. Maybe Ms. Gasser kind of people teach us how amazing the other people are!
I am very thankful for their professionalism, friendliness, and kindness
