What a beautiful place for dogs. Went there today in emergency (I thought), got an appointment immediately. My dog, an 8 month old Golden Retriever felt like home at no time and the doctor and him where schmussing after 2 minutes. Such a nice and comforting environment., also for me as a dog owner, so happy I went there. Treatment was easy, dog is fine and I am relaxed. What more can you ask for?
Ok
Super 👍😸
My dog, now almost 14 years old, has been a patient at the St. Veit Animal Clinic for years. I've been to many veterinarians with my dog, but we've stayed here because the entire team is simply outstanding. The veterinarians are incredibly competent and empathetic, and they take ample time for both the animal and its owner. All questions are answered, and everything is explained as thoroughly as possible. They don't rigidly adhere to a single approach or demonize everything else; instead, they consider the owner's suggestions and take concerns very seriously. I feel exceptionally well-informed and supported every time; everyone is so dedicated and friendly. Whether at reception, assisting, examining, treating, or operating, they continue to follow up on the patient's case even after the appointment and reliably return calls. The veterinarians are also available by phone. The clinic is very down-to-earth and loving towards the animals, and the price-performance ratio is more than reasonable. I've had my dog anesthetized there twice, and both times I trusted the team completely. I recently had my dog undergo a splenectomy. If I hadn't believed my dog was in good hands there, I wouldn't have dared to have the surgery. But I knew they were doing everything within their power, and that's exactly how it was. I never felt like I was being given bad advice due to greed. Here, the animal as a whole, its well-being, and the owner are definitely the top priority. I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone. The waiting times are usually reasonable, especially with an appointment. Warm regards to everyone at the clinic who already knows me and my dog – and that's pretty much everyone on the small animal team :) You all do a fantastic job – thank you!
I chose this veterinary clinic based on a very competent and friendly consultation. They provided exceptional care and advice regarding my dog's treatment. We felt very comfortable and will continue to use this clinic. The dedication of Ms. Krammer, Ms. Bayer, and Ms. Finsterbusch was particularly appreciated! :-)
