I was searching a recommend place for my cat castration, after reviewing some options, we saw this clinic good evaluated and we chose it, however I am disappointed, after the cat castration, they didn't nett the wound and after few minutes of being back home, the wound was opened, maybe was opened even before taking the cat back home. We come back to this clinic that can close the wound, but they said that this is ok. I regret not pushing for netting the wound at that Moment because this created a lot of Stress taking care of the cat afterwards. They even suggested that the Elizabethan collar was not needed. Maybe true for a netted wound, but for an opened one? Risk of infection increase a lot, forcing us to come back to the veterinary and expend more money. I lost trust on this clinic. We would need to search another veterinarian for netting this wound. I won't recommend this place, at least for a cat castration.
Appreciate fast and professional help for my dog. I would recommend to everyone!
Went there with my dog and needed urgent help. I want to thank the whole team for the amazing care they provided and I'd recommend this clinic to everyone!
Very kind people who explain everything in detail. I don't speak german but I got great service anyway.
Around 320 € and three days of staying in the hospital just for finding out, that our bunny has parasites. I came with complaint that our bunny lost weight and has running nose. The doctor measured temperature, which was 39 and something. Pretty scared for human body, right? She said to leave bunny at the hospital for night because of the temperature but you know what? This is normal temperature for bunnies as I found out later, after leaving the hospital. On the next day doctor called with ask that maybe teeth are the problem and we need to do X-ray . Yeah, they called and ask if we are ready to pay for it and yeah we were ready because of our ill pet. But that was obviously not the problem as well. And only on third day the doctor suggested that it could be parasite! Lol. They needed three days to diagnose the most obvious thing, the most obvious reason of losing weight! Also they gave our bunny for three days painkillers without telling us. Just never again. Waisting time and money. P.S. never said that the bunny doesn’t eat, I said that the bunny isn’t active and eat less on the day I brought it to Tierklinik and that before he was eating normally and losing weight.
