Tiermedizinische Praxis Dargun

This veterinary practice also has a branch in Gnoien. We took our cat there for his vaccinations. The waiting room couldn't be more impersonal... three chairs... that's it! We usually take our five cats to Dargun, but that wasn't possible that day. So we're regulars at this practice. The card reader in Gnoien was out of order, and the vet assistant rather curtly told us that was our problem; nobody leaves without paying immediately, not even regular customers. We happened to have enough cash with us. The amount due seemed very high, and we wanted to see the bill. Why? We received neither a receipt nor an invoice, nothing at all! Whether at the Gnoien or Dargun branch... when you ask about the treatment costs, the response is very curt, almost rude. The animals aren't the priority here; it's solely about the money, which, of course, still belongs to me as the customer, and I'm therefore entitled to ask what I'm spending it on. Whether at the Gnoien or Dargun branch... My husband, our 5 cats and I are now looking for a new veterinarian... where we can all feel comfortable.

Our French Bulldog is a regular, which is unfortunately due to the breed and not the practice itself. :) Our dog always enjoys greeting everyone on the team and receives excellent care. The veterinarian takes his time, explains the treatments thoroughly, and advises against unnecessary procedures/medications. We are very satisfied and will be back (soon).
