The facility was lovely and clean, and the staff was extremely modest. The doctor was great and caring, being especially gentle with our kitty.

Dr. Feuerbacher never left us alone with our emergencies. Even when she referred us to other specialists for faster care, she always checked in on our cat's well-being. She provided thorough examinations, advice, and support when it wasn't an emergency. A personal highlight was the emotional support she offered us on weekends and holidays after our cat's surgery, including advice via (voice) messages, which saved us from having to visit her in person after the stressful diagnosis and surgery. I took my dog ​​to Katja's vet for the extraction of two large teeth. My dog ​​isn't usually very relaxed at the vet, but the practice team made us feel completely at ease, never once feeling judged for his "special needs." They were incredibly attentive to his needs, always consulting with us and acting entirely in his best interests to make the visit as stress-free as possible for both him and us. The surgery went smoothly, they kept us informed throughout, and we were able to be with our dog the entire time he woke up. The atmosphere was almost like a family, very relaxed and friendly. Of course, they were also completely professional and highly knowledgeable. The aftercare is also exceptional. You can contact them anytime via WhatsApp, and they even reply late at night. Katja even proactively checks in on the patient's well-being. You can really tell that she's passionate about what she does and truly loves animals. I feel I received excellent care, am very satisfied with the practice's services, and will definitely be back! ❤️
