After our dog Pons underwent cruciate ligament surgery, we were recommended underwater treadmill therapy, Novafon, laser treatment, massage, and other treatments. With Katrin Konrad, we found a truly wonderful physiotherapist who impressed us with her expertise and empathy, and who has the unbeatable advantage of being mobile. This allows our dog to "work" at home without stress, and the underwater treadmill is conveniently located nearby. Our dog is making fantastic progress, and we feel very well cared for. And the best part for us is that she's mobile, so we can do it in the comfort of our own homes. All in all, the perfect package, so to speak. After our dog, a Chow Chow, had emergency surgery on a Friday – a cruciate ligament rupture – TPLO – I was left in a bind and had to find someone immediately. Thankfully, I found Katrin, who even responded over the weekend. And she spontaneously came on Monday. She then arranged three physiotherapy sessions in one week. And now she's been our regular and constant companion ever since, and hopefully will remain so 🫶. We have many issues to deal with and are so glad to have her on our side permanently. She does a truly fantastic job. Handling a Chow Chow is a real challenge. When he then lies down relaxed, she has definitely done more than just everything right. And as I say, golden hands!
