We took our cat to this practice and are very disappointed. The examination was superficial – they didn't even look inside her mouth. Instead, our cat received an injection, which later turned out to be very stressful for her kidneys. In the following days, her condition deteriorated significantly. We then consulted another veterinarian who immediately recognized the kidney problems and performed blood tests. Unfortunately, this help came too late, and we had to have our cat put down. We would have preferred a more thorough examination and more attention from the beginning.

We were there with our seriously ill cat, who was already suffering greatly. Unfortunately, she was only given a very superficial examination. Without a more detailed diagnosis, she was immediately given a cortisone injection. Her blood work took over three days to come back, during which time her condition continued to deteriorate. We finally received a thorough examination and compassionate advice from another veterinarian. There, it turned out that our cat's kidneys had already suffered irreparable damage – with a heavy heart, we had to have her put down. We are very disappointed that our cat did not receive the necessary attention and expertise from this veterinarian. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this foreign veterinarian!!!!

Absolutely fantastic vets. Our dog had diarrhea for years. No other practice could find the cause. This resulted in a long course of antibiotics. We hope she recovers from this and can finally have a happy life. Her arthritis was also treated properly for the first time. Now she can even climb stairs again. Finally! A truly wonderful team.

This was my second time there. The first time was with our cat for his annual vaccination, and the second time with a friend's cat who was experiencing acute symptoms. Unfortunately, I had the bad luck of encountering the "foreign" veterinarian, who, in my opinion, has absolutely no empathy for cats and didn't even perform the standard basic examinations, such as taking her temperature, checking her ears, and combing her fur. NEVER AGAIN! Update! Sadly, the cat passed away yesterday 😪.
