I brought our 15-year-old cat in this evening for a respiratory issue. It was easy to book the appointment online and we were able to be seen the same day. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helped translate (English) for the doctor and assistant. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything well. I was impressed with the depth of the examination without suggesting needless test or upcharges. Everyone was so sweet and I feel so lucky to have their care close by!

Love that they are on the east side of Kaiserslautern. The staff is wonderful. And everyone is accommodating to speaking English which is really kind because I can't do a Dr appointment for me in German let alone my pet. Appointments can be made online and that has been so convenient. They update pet passports and do labs in-house. It's very convenient and easy. Very happy they opened.

I was there with my cat to get a second opinion. My visit there was such a lovely and pleasant experience. My pet got treated so incredibly kindly, with the utmost care and heartfelt support, which has convinced me to choose this as my future go-to. They take their time diagnosing the problem and will go through it with you step by step, which I was ever so thankful for. If you want an all-round fantastic experience, with optimal know-how, sincere and friendly treatment with your pet and yourself - this is the place. I’ve had twice an issue getting my dog his epilepsy medication by are Vet in Landstuhl with them saying it’s a Manufacturing/ Supplier issue, I called VetCare and they had a pack of the medicine that he needs and we’re able to order more and the very next day I got an email I can pick up my order. So if your animal suffers from epilepsy and you need medication please contact the Amazing team at VetCare.

Very helpful and caring. They can make receipts work for Remeron tax refund.
