You go to this doctor to have your tomcat neutered, only to then have to consider terminating the pregnancy. Since the neutered tomcat is still siring, the question of what could happen and whether they could leave them together was answered with, "No, you can, since he's already had surgery." If you then try to contact the doctor to find a solution, they simply hang up, saying it's not their problem. And that's what they call a vet!!! Honestly, it's better to stick with farm animals, where you only hear good things, and leave the small animals in peace, maybe? I'm glad to have my vet. When I see this kind of thing happening in my immediate area, I wonder if it's really that difficult to be a competent doctor who doesn't just care about the money, but actually practices for the animals. Okay, I've had my vet for 12 years, and I've been to him with every animal so far. He also took a second look (of course, I paid extra for it, but here too, he had zero insight) to make sure it was really suitable. Based on our experience with farm animals, you can't trust them at all. Especially since a vet who does it for the animals' sake doesn't just brush things off, but also admits mistakes if something goes wrong!!! So, humanity is also rather low? It's a shame, actually, it would have been nice if it had been started there from the beginning, but with these problems and the subsequent incompetence, unfortunately, we wouldn't have had another chance for a second. We'd rather know our pets are in good hands. If we had a farm, then YES, because farm animals are really well looked after there. But be careful not to bring your cuddly tigers and the like here – it's better to drive a bit further away.
I've already taken two male cats and one female cat there for neutering. Everything went perfectly. For other matters (e.g., vaccinations, deworming), I always received immediate information and things were handled quickly. Friendly and competent staff.
When I was desperately searching for a vet in the middle of the night because my horse had developed a very high fever, he was the only one available, saving me a trip to the clinic. Despite the hour and the long distance, he was extremely friendly and helpful and came to the stable immediately. He was also very patient with him during the treatment. After the vet visit, he asked how he was doing. He helped me keep my composure, and I felt very well looked after.
A wonderful, competent, and very helpful team. They take all concerns very seriously, whether they involve cats, dogs, chickens, or other small animals, and try to help everyone. I wouldn't entrust my animals to any other veterinarian.
We've taken several animals to this small animal practice, including rabbits, guinea pigs, and our cats. We've used it for everything from neutering and spaying to treating common illnesses and even after serious injuries. The team is fantastic, empathetic, and always helpful. We have nothing but good things to say about this team and this small animal practice and highly recommend it.
