The entire team is highly recommended! Always available and extremely dedicated in every respect. Because the team is interconnected, it's not just one veterinarian who's on hand, but everyone, which is especially helpful with "problem patients." They all take their time, explain things thoroughly, examine the horse carefully, and consider alternative treatments when a diagnosis isn't clear, although they are generally excellent diagnosticians. They provide comprehensive advice to horse owners regarding any medication (including information about the medications themselves, e.g., cost-effectiveness: which ones are more affordable, etc.). We truly feel we have a partner who genuinely cares about horses and their well-being, as they are incredibly gentle in their handling of the animals (and they are also attentive to the needs of the owners; for example, I'm a rather challenging horse owner, and I feel heard and taken seriously).
