My dog, who is currently staying at the TSZ Bad Waldsee while I'm in the hospital, suddenly developed a fever of 41 degrees Celsius (106 degrees Fahrenheit), vomited, was extremely lethargic, and couldn't walk properly. He was immediately seen as an emergency case by Dr. Julia Wenzel. All necessary examinations were performed. Maro likely had an infection (specific lab results are still pending), likely caused by a tick or something similar. This can happen even with BRAVECTO. Dr. Julia Wenzel is a fantastic veterinarian who is truly passionate about her profession. She managed to nurse Maro back to health, and he was able to return to the TSZ in Bad Waldsee that same evening. Incidentally, the TSZ Bad Waldsee is the best dog boarding facility I've experienced in 20 years of owning dogs, and Maro was incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful and highly competent veterinarian and her team in his time of need. I am immensely grateful!

Dr. Wenzel and the entire practice team are simply fantastic. My eldest son tore his toenail yesterday (Sunday). After a brief informational phone call on Monday afternoon, I was able to get an appointment for early evening. The nail was removed without any problems, it was bandaged, and Arco was able to happily run home without pain. Thank you so much for the quick help. You guys are simply amazing!
