The best practice we've ever been to. The doctors know what they're doing, they give thorough consultations, answer all our questions, and the medical assistants are incredibly kind and helpful. Plus, the waiting times are perfectly reasonable. We even had to go to the practice on a Saturday without any problems and didn't have to wait long for treatment. We had our dog's teeth professionally cleaned and are absolutely delighted. The entire team is highly professional, takes plenty of time for consultations, and handles the animals with incredible care and attention. Our dog is usually quite temperamental and not at all relaxed at the vet. So we were all the more surprised by how calm and relaxed he was at this practice. This speaks volumes about the empathetic and competent approach of the entire team. We have nothing but positive things to say about this veterinary practice and will gladly return anytime. Great practice! Yes, you can sometimes have to wait a while, but all the vets here really take their time. They all seem competent and know what they're doing. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my previous vet, as she didn't invest much time or energy in treatments. It's completely different here. They really examine the animal and try everything possible to help it. Fantastic! Most of the assistants are also friendly and excellent. Definitely recommendable! 👍
