The veterinary practice is nice and large and fully equipped. Dr. Wust and her colleagues are fantastic and provided our cat with impeccable care. The spay/neuter surgery went smoothly, and the scar is healing beautifully. We even got an appointment that morning to have the spay/neuter scar checked when a small lump appeared there. When trying to reach the vet, be aware that some GPS systems direct you to the neighboring property. A fantastic, competent team with a modern, tidy practice located right in the middle of a horse farm. It couldn't be better.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to give you some feedback regarding a phone call. Unfortunately, my simple questions were answered very curtly and with a sense of irritation. The call ended after less than a minute, without any real interest being shown in finding a solution. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident – ​​for the sake of the animals and their owners, a more friendly and helpful approach would be desirable. Sincerely,

I just called because my older dog has been constipated for several days (so it's an emergency). I was very rudely turned away, and although it was acknowledged as an emergency, there was no way I could be seen. The receptionist was really unfriendly, and it's a shame to be treated like that. Absolutely not recommended.
