A super nice and competent veterinarian. I got an appointment within half an hour. Everything was explained very clearly. And then, when I had to cancel, she reacted very kindly and understandingly and thanked me for the message. Highly recommended in every respect. We will definitely see Dr. Hetzer again as our veterinarian. Friendly, reliable, competent, and excellent value for money. The 24/7 availability that every pet owner dreams of is a dream come true here. Thank you so much!

Dr. Hetzer is an excellent veterinarian. She makes house calls, which is very convenient and stress-free for both people and animals. My cat immediately felt very comfortable and was easily examined. Her assistant also deserves high praise. I can wholeheartedly recommend this team! 👍
